Junior Carpenter
Location: Woodstock, Ontario
Reports To: Site Supervisor
Compensation: $20-$25/hour + Health Savings Account + Apprenticeship Opportunity

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Carpenter who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn new skills, and be part of a dynamic crew building beautiful, functional homes. This is an ideal role for someone who loves working with tools, enjoys being active, and wants to grow into a long-term carpentry or construction career. Apprenticeship opportunities are available upon successful onboarding!
What You’ll Do
Assist the Site Supervisor with both rough and finished carpentry tasks on residential renovation projects
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Support with general labour duties as needed
Carry out moderate difficulty carpentry tasks independently under guidance
Help uphold health & safety requirements on site
Lift and handle materials (40–50 lbs repeatedly) while staying safe and efficient
Learn and demonstrate strong comprehension of general power tools
What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean driver’s abstract (must have)
Comfort with tools — both hand and power tools
Reliable, punctual, and ready to dive in each day
